On Wednesday our main goal was Chiatura - city with amazing ropeways that look like from the horror movie. We were there after over 2 hour journey and spent there 3 hours. We used one of ropeways to get to partly deslolate buildings that looks very sad. Then we tried to talk with lady who "drive" ropeways but she didn't understand anything we said : D After coming back to the centre, we ate delicious ( and surprisingly cheap supper).
When we left Udabno some members of our team got sick so only some of us realy enjoyed the road. We have stopped by Jvari monastery where we had a great view on Mtskheta, visited car cementary in Pasanauri and got wet our feet in lake by Ananuri Fortress. In evening we had a walk around Stepantsminda and we planned to hike to Cminda Sameba.
Next day, after eating delicious breakfast and drinking tea and coffee in Awtobus Coffee ( you can sit inside the bus and drink it ! ) we tried to reach Tsminda Sameba using our cars ( most of us still were sick and unable to go there on foot) but unfortunately the only way there was closed :( That's why we decided to go to Kutaisi a little bit faster than we planned. Journey lasted for all day ( traffics caused big delay ) and we checked in in our hotel very late. We ate dinner, dranj beer and went sleep.
was phenomenal day in capital of Georgia! We overcame our own weaknesses. After long trip and sleepless night we left our apartment and started our walk through Tbilisi. At the beginning we decided that we have to eat something.
That's why we visited Racha - one of Tbilisi's most recommended restaurants. Khinkali, Khachapuri and Georgian delicious wine - after such a great meal we got a power to see most interesting places.
Sololaki Hill was one of our main goals. We paid tribute to Mother of Georgia - Kartlis Deda and admired the view of Tbilisi and Kura river.
One of our team members took a photo with falcon - bird which is strongly connected with history of Tbilisi.
Tomorrow we plan to visit Sighnaghi and Udabno, where we will stay for two nights and spend time with local people
